Terms of Service/Use

Please read over our Terms of Service ("ToS") and Privacy Policy before you make any purchases. By purchasing digital goods and services (herein referred to as "packages") from our webstore you confirm you have read, understand and agree to be bound by our ToS at all times:

1. You confirm you are 18+ years of age and/or have explicit authorization from the cardholder of record to purchase our digital goods and services ("packages").
2. You confirm you are not sending payment using funds ("money") that is stolen, fake or illegal. You are also accepting full responsibility for the funds, their status and how the funds for payment were acquired.
3. You confirm you are purchasing packages from our webstore of your own free will and are not under duress or being forced to purchase packages by anyone, for any reason.
4. You acknowledge package purchases are for digital goods and services. At no point will you ever receive a physical product. Package purchases will grant you access, to otherwise restricted, in-game content, in-game permissions and/or other online GSRP community related content. We do not sell and you are not purchasing downloadable digital goods.
5. You acknowledge all sales are final and there are no refunds or exchanges. We may consider refunding package(s) on a case by case basis at our sole discretion. However, you are not entitled to a refund or a "self-refund" at any point in time for any reason, whatsoever.
6. You acknowledge package prices and content are subject to change at anytime, for any reason without notice and that all packages are nontransferable.
7. You acknowledge GSRP is a vMenu (non-economy) "role-play" server. Purchased packages will not give you any extra advantage over other players and are only provided to enhance your role-play experience while in-game and/or as part of the GSRP Community.
8. You confirm you have read over the rules for each purchased package and agree to abide by those rules while in-game using the package(s).
9. You confirm you have read over the GSRP Community Server Rules and agree to abide by those rules while using your purchased package(s) in-game.
10. You acknowledge that if you misuse/abuse the digital goods or services ("packages") provided to you, they may be taken away without notice. You confirm and accept that if your digital goods or services ("packages") are taken away, for any valid reason as determined by USNU Staff, you are not entitled to a refund.
11. You acknowledge package permissions are pulled from discord roles in the store discord. If you leave or do not join the store discord you will not receive your package role(s) that grant the in-game permissions.
12. You acknowledge all packages are one-time, lifetime purchases unless otherwise specified on the package purchase page (i.e.: "Subscription" packages are only good for a certain amount of time then require manual renewal payments for continued use).
13. You confirm and accept that if you are kicked from, banned from, or voluntarily leave the GSRP Community for any reason, you are not allowed to "self-refund" or "take back your money". The money belongs to USN Unlimited the moment your purchase is complete.
14. You understand and confirm that if/when you are unbanned from the GSRP Community or accidentally leave the store discord, you may reclaim your package(s) for as long as the store remains online and the package(s) remain available. To reclaim a package you must open a support ticket in the store discord.
15. You understand and acknowledge that any sort of fraudulent disputes ("self-refunds") or other scammer related activities will be fully investigated and may result in a permanent blacklist from the GSRP Community and forfeiture of any/all USNU store purchases.
16. You agree to comply with requests for verification information regarding your payment method, if deemed necessary by USNU staff. This information is to verify your payment is legitimate. You acknowledge and accept that these requests are in writing via our discord ticket system and saved via transcript.
17. You acknowledge and accept that our webstore reserves the "right to refuse service" to any customer(s) at any time, for any reason, with or without explanation or notice. Your account will keep any previously purchased lifetime "packages", should continued service be refused.
18. If you have questions about a package or need assistance for any reason - including requesting a possible refund for a legitimate reason - open a ⁠support ticket in the store discord.
19. You acknowledge we have no affiliation with real-world brands, Rockstar Games or Take-Two Interactive.
20. We reserve the right to modify or revise these Terms of Service ("ToS") at our sole discretion, at any time, without prior notice. By continuing to use our digital goods and services ("packages") after such changes are made, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
