Rules:

• IMPORTANT: You cannot cuff players randomly. They will be prompted by the script to accept or refuse the cuffing. This was added to prevent "power gaming" and mass abuse of the cuff function.
• Once players accept ("consent") to being cuffed they can no longer demand to be released (unless out of RP, for a valid reason).
• You are NOT allowed to use any of the package commands to "free" other players from police custody or interfere with other active RP (command usage is logged).
• The cuffs may be used for any RP that follows GSRP Server Rules (ex: police impersonation, bounty hunters, security services, military operations, hostage situations, kidnappings, etc).
• Abuse/misuse should be reported in-game via /report so staff can issue kicks & bans for store package violations as per the Player Punishment Policy.

Commands:
/cuff (nearest un-cuffed player will see notification of Y to accept or L to refuse)
/cuff (nearest cuffed player will be un-cuffed)
/drag (drags cuffed player)
/seat (seats cuffed player in nearest vehicle)
